This policy applies to purchases made directly from Pax Commons Network via our website. If you purchased through a third party, please contact that seller and follow their policy.
2. Types of products
- Digital content/services (e.g., downloadable guides, digital readings, access to members-only content).
- Physical goods (if offered from time to time).
3. Right to cancel (consumers in the UK/EU)
- Physical goods: You may cancel within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all inserts.
- Digital content: You may cancel within 14 days from purchase unless you have started download/streaming or accessed the content after consenting to immediate supply and acknowledging loss of the right to cancel.
4. Refund conditions
4.1 Digital content/services
- Eligible for a refund if access has not begun, content not downloaded/streamed, and within 14 days (UK/EU consumers) or per local consumer laws.
- If content is defective or unavailable due to our fault and cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, we will refund or replace access.
4.2 Physical goods
- Initiate return within 14 days of delivery and ship back within 14 days of approval.
- Item must be in original condition. We may refuse or apply a partial refund if used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Original shipping (if any) is refundable only where required by law or if the return results from our error.
5. How to request a refund

- Include: order number, purchase date, product name, reason, and proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email). For defects, attach screenshots/photos.
- We will confirm eligibility and instructions within 5 business days.
6. Return shipping (physical goods)
- Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, you are responsible for return shipping costs and risk until the item reaches us. Use a trackable service.

7. Refund method and timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
- For partial refunds on bundles, we calculate the refunded portion based on the undiscounted price of consumed items.
8. Non-refundable items
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Personalized or custom-made items once work has begun, unless defective.
- Services fully performed with your prior express consent.
9. Exchanges
Where stock allows, we can exchange defective items for the same product. For digital access issues, we will restore access or replace the file where possible.
10. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access to digital content while the dispute is investigated. Please contact us first—we can often resolve issues faster.
11. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights that cannot be limited by contract, including statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
